As a community solar developer Team Impact gains recognition through the DOE Prize, Community Power Accelerator. Together we fuel community benefits through workforce training, demonstration and deployment in Texas & Beyond!
As a Community Power Accelerator Prize recipient, CIC Energy advances with the American-Made Challenge to fuel the energy transition. Team Impact was the only Prize recipient in Texas and chosen to fast-track the efforts of solar developers to learn and grow their operations to support multiple, successful community solar projects.
The Team Impact pledge began with the National Community Solar Partnership, expands towards advanced certifications, establishes a Registered Apprentice Program in Texas to fuel Solar Jobs and continues to pioneer the future of energy.
The certificate in community solar development is offered by the Center for Impact Finance at the University of New Hampshire’s Carsey School of Public Policy. This training is for non-profit organizations, cooperatives, and mission-driven organizations interested in building out a business line to develop community solar projects.
Team Impact is an energy coalition that began as solar pioneers with a mission to positively impact the US electrical and critical infrastructure to prepare for the future of sustainable ecosystems.
